Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and/or accounting.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Develop scalable financial models and analyze KPIs to support decision-making.
• Oversee collections process to optimize cash flow and timely client payments.
• Support M&A activities, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration.
