Job summary

Eurofarma USA seeks a Finance Manager to join the leadership team. You will partner with the CEO and senior leaders to drive strategy, performance, and disciplined financial management across commercial, HR, regulatory, and corporate finance functions.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and tax regulations while building a high-performing finance team in a rapidly expanding US operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• CPA or equivalent certification is a strong plus.

Job Description

This position serves as the Finance Manager for Eurofarma USA and is a key member of the local leadership team. The role partners closely with the CEO/General Manager and other functional leaders to support strategic decision-making, financial performance, compliance, and business growth.tegic priorities.

The position requires strong collaboration across multiple functions, including Commercial, Human Resources, Regulatory Affairs, and Corporate Finance. As such, the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment and influence across functions is essential for success.

Strategic Finance & Business Partnership

• Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to support business strategy and decision-making
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and insights to guide key initiatives

Cash Flow & Financial Discipline

• Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Experience

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong background in both strategic finance and operational execution
• Experience with U.S. GAAP, audits, and tax environment
• Experience working closely with senior leadership
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred. Above all, account reconciliations/rebates for the US government's MEDICARE and MEDICAID programs.
