Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or economics.
• 5+ years in progressively responsible finance leadership roles.
• Experience leading a finance team and talent development.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Hyperion or similar ERP/BI tools.
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the finance team for Transportation and Warehousing.
• Own monthly forecast, reporting, and AOP processes.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and executive reporting.
• Support strategic projects with capital analyses.
• Drive process improvements in financial systems and controls.
