Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Akron, OH is seeking a Finance Manager for Transportation and Warehousing to partner with leadership, delivering accurate forecasting, budgeting, and business analysis through monthly and annual operating plans.

You will build and lead a finance team, drive process improvements, and provide strategic insights to support decisions across manufacturing, supply chain, and regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics field.
• MBA/CPA/CMA preferred for advanced roles.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible finance leadership experience.
• Experience developing talent and leading teams in a finance function.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, Power BI and related reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and reporting process for Transportation and Warehousing.
• Provide financial analysis and capital reviews for strategic projects.
• Drive AOP process alignment and performance reporting across teams.
• Develop and mentor finance team members to build bench strength.
• Support process improvements in financial reporting and controls.
