• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management processes and warehouse capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization.
• Forecast operational requirements and assess warehouse throughput capabilities.
• Lead quarterly certification processes, including revenue recognition, inventory validation, fixed assets, and racking systems.
• Coordinate internal and external audits (e.g., NSF, ISO, IATF), ensuring timely resolution of findings and corrective actions.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze key operational metrics, including transit times, capacity utilization, and space efficiency.
• Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain and IT teams to standardize systems and streamline operational processes.
• Support system integrations and respond to data requests to enable seamless transitions and continuous improvement.
