Legrand is seeking a Financial & Cost Analyst to join the Finelite Team in Union City, CA. This key position supports both financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and cost accounting activities, partnering across functions to deliver accurate reporting and insightful analysis.

Key responsibilities include supporting the monthly financial close, maintaining data in financial systems, and preparing journal entries. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with strong Excel skills and some experience in finance roles.

This role is vital to enhancing financial reporting and streamlining procedures within the organization.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in FP&A or cost accounting.
• Manufacturing or operations finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial close and reporting processes.
• Maintain and upload financial data in planning/reporting systems.
• Extract, validate, and analyze data from ERP and reporting tools.
• Assist in the development of dashboards and KPIs to track business performance.
• Support audit requests and documentation.
