Job summary

Ecolab Minnesota seeks a Senior Supply Chain FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for the NA supply chain. You will support the monthly close, quarterly forecasts, and annual planning while delivering driver-based reporting to supply chain leadership.

You will lead a team of associates, partner with divisional finance on cost drivers and gross margin initiatives, and develop analytics with KPI visibility to drive performance and action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
• Minimum 5 years of Finance experience.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Strong MS Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly close processes for NA Supply Chain operations including Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, and Inventory/Cash Flow.
• Orchestrate the quarterly forecasting processes, and annual planning & standard costing processes.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership on establishing strategic vision and developing actions to achieve that vision.
• Partner with Divisional Finance teams by providing insight on drivers of cost and gross margin improvements initiatives.
• Partner with Supply Chain leadership on Ops Admin (Opex for Supply Chain) including forecast and plan processes.
• Develop and enhance data analytics and visibility to all stakeholders by implementing timely leading and lagging KPI’s to drive performance and action.
• Lead a team of associates and develop talent.
• Ad hoc reporting and strategic analysis.
