Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an outstanding customer experience across our Catalyst Brands stores. You will recruit, train, and empower associates, drive store performance, and manage profitability while representing the brand with energy and integrity.

Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you will use market insights to shape action plans, coach your team, and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in apparel (preferred).
• Flexible availability to meet business needs (evenings/weekends).
• Occasional travel to other store locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Use data and market knowledge to set action plans achieving financial, customer-service and operational goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and selling skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Motivate and engage teams by identifying strengths.
• Provide feedback to improve performance and develop staff.
• Ensure merchandising and store operations standards are met.
• Oversee expenses such as payroll and training to drive profitability.
