What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a trusted partner for Sales leadership by delivering actionable insights through forecasting and business case development
- Develop financial models to analyze the performance of sales segments and ensure alignment with financial objectives
- Establish key metrics for financial planning, target setting, and sales compensation in collaboration with Revenue Operations
- Prepare data-driven recommendations for resource allocation and sales efficiency measurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement high-priority initiatives and improve processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance or FP&A at a fast-paced, scaling company
- Previous experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting
- Proven ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for crafting compelling narratives using data
- Expert financial modeling skills, including building detailed product P&Ls and operating models

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous strategic finance experience from an infrastructure software company or consumption-based business model
- Proven ability to collaborate and establish strong relationships with business partners
