Job summary

Omni is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own the quantitative core of our finance function. This hands-on role oversees the company financial model end-to-end, writes the FP&A playbook, and digs deep into numbers behind major decisions.

You'll partner with senior Finance leadership and cross-functional teams, owning the forecasts, budgets, and commissions as the business scales. The role is remote and highly impactful.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years FP&A or related finance experience.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling from scratch.
• Deep SaaS metrics knowledge: ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn.
• Experience with FP&A workflows: variance analyses, budgeting, forecasting.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup with evolving scope.
• Experience at a scaling startup.

Responsibilities

• Own Omni's financial model end-to-end: maintain the 5-year model, run scenario analyses, build new components.
• Run the core monthly and quarterly FP&A cycle: variance analysis, actuals-vs-budget, quarterly forecasting.
• Lead the annual budget process with department leaders and align budgets to the financial model.
• Own the commissions model and monthly payout calculations with Sales and RevOps.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic decisions (pricing, hiring, investments).
