Job summary

Omnicom is seeking a finance leader to drive FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple brands. You will partner with functional leaders to build detailed plans, model scenarios, and explain variances to executives.

The role requires 5+ years in FP&A or related fields, strong Excel and data-analysis skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. In-office policy applies with three days on-site per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or business partnering.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budget management.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost forecasts across assigned business units and functions.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to build detailed budgets that support objectives.
• Create multiple forecast scenarios to model business impacts and support planning.
• Identify and communicate forecast drivers and assumptions to stakeholders.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and credibility through performance tracking and recalibration.
• Lead monthly variance analysis and prepare narratives for leadership.
• Provide dashboards and actionable insights to executives and teams.
• Partner with HR to model headcount and workforce costs.
