BioRender is hiring a Senior Strategic Finance Manager to shape pricing, packaging, and growth strategy. You’ll own the economics behind major decisions, partner with product and sales, and build scalable models across geographies.

This is a remote-first role with collaboration across US and Canada, reporting to Strategic Finance leadership. You’ll work with accounting, data science, and revenue operations to automate analyses and drive investment decisions.

Formación

• Investment banking, transaction advisory, equity research, consulting, finance or operations at a tech company or equivalent analytical role.
• Outstanding financial modeling skills with complex operating models and concise executive summaries.
• Strong operational understanding of a business and ability to learn across sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Good judgment with imperfect data, reconciling conflicts and extracting reliable insights.
• Clear communication, able to summarize analyses in few sentences and defend recommendations in meetings.
• Comfort with ambiguity and helping define processes as the business evolves.
• Nice to have: building with AI and data science—SQL, Python and AI tooling are useful.

Responsabilidades

• Model pricing and packaging changes end to end, quantify willingness to pay, revenue impact and churn risk.
• Build go-to-market acquisition forecast models behind ARR targets with revenue operations guidance.
• Support annual planning from scenarios to budget approvals.
• Analyze unit economics, CAC payback and LTV:CAC by segment and channel to inform investment decisions.
• Assess investment opportunities and track outcomes against plan.
• Manage spend and headcount approvals with department leaders and report variances.
• Collaborate with accounting, data science, AI engineering, and revenue operations to standardize datasets and dashboards.
