Job summary

Fluke Health Solutions, part of Fortive, seeks a Finance Manager to partner with the Business Unit General Manager and drive financial performance. You will lead P&L for a hardware manufacturing unit, mentor FP&A talent, and advance the controls environment with strong cost visibility and budgeting discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting; master's preferred.
• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in finance with commercial, product development and operations experience.
• 3+ years of Leadership experience with demonstrated career progression.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in hardware service environments a plus.
• Experience in SaaS or ARR business models a plus.
• Experience in Excel and Microsoft Office required; Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, BI or related visualization applications.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a high paced environment.
• Ability to effectively work in a multi-location organization and adapt to local cultures.
• Ability to travel as needed, up to monthly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with level 1 leadership to deliver on financial goals.
• Own the P&L for a hardware manufacturing business unit.
• Mentor FP&A talent to build an organization of high impact players with a pathway for continued career advancement.
• Develop financial acumen in business partners to improve understanding of how decisions impact results.
• Provide succinct and clear communication to leadership and business partners that generates insight and action.
• Drive profitable growth by working alongside commercial, product and engineering teams to solve problems and close gaps.
• Advance our controls environment by ensuring strong cost visibility and accountability to budgets.
• Operate from a baseline of analytical and data-based logic in forecasts, problem solving, and project delivery.
• Maintain a growth mindset in personal and team development.
• Function as a strategic thought leader within your business unit with a drive to innovate and execution.
• Partner with the accounting team to ensure SOX and accounting policy compliance across the business.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies.
• Dive in and roll up sleeves to assist global team as needed.
• Lead various projects.
