Job summary

James Hardie is seeking an FP&A Manager to join Ultralox Interlocking Technology finance team. The role focuses on building partnerships, supporting business units, and delivering accurate financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts to guide strategic decisions.

The candidate will lead sophisticated analyses, present to senior management, and influence across multiple levels of the organization. A track record of prioritizing business needs and leading a team is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in accounting and financial statements including the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flows.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, financial modeling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly operations review of financial performance vs budget and forecast.
• Own monthly forecasts, annual budget, and long-range financial plans for a business unit.
• Partner with commercial teams to drive revenue and optimize incentives.
• Support SG&A leaders to hit financial targets in dynamic conditions.
• Create and present complex financial models and ad hoc analyses.
