Bayer seeks a Finance Manager North America Radiology to provide timely, accurate financial analysis and advisory for decision making. You will partner with Customer Squads and Product Teams, lead FP&A for assigned lines, and supportGlobal Product Teams during development and commercialization.

Key tasks include forecasting, performance reporting, and ensuring proper journal entries and reconciliations while collaborating with management at all levels to align with regional and global

Qualifications

Strong finance expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to connect commercial strategy to execution, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize profit.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to work across functions.

Responsibilities

Provide analysis and advisory support to drive NA Radiology business objectives.
Support financial planning and analysis for assigned product lines.
Prepare and coordinate financial forecasts for squads and products.
Challenge assumptions and present results independently.
