Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a Finance Analyst to provide operational and financial support to practice leadership by monitoring key performance metrics, budgets, and daily operations in Nashville. You will coordinate onboarding, licensing, payroll, accounts payable, financial reporting, and tooling to drive efficiency, partnering with physicians and leadership on budgeting and strategic initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, financial modeling, and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent; Master's degree preferred with healthcare administration/radiology practice experience is a plus.
• 2+ years of financial analysis, accounting, or related experience with strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and analytics tools.
• Experience working with physicians and healthcare leadership to support operational, financial, and strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and financial support to practice leadership by monitoring key performance metrics, productivity, budgets, and practice operations.
• Coordinate physician onboarding, licensing, credentialing, payroll, quality management programs, and ongoing compliance initiatives.
• Manage accounts payable, expense approvals, supply ordering, financial reporting, and tracking tools to support operational efficiency.
• Partner with physicians and leadership on budgeting, special projects, scheduling, billing compliance, and practice improvement initiatives.
• Support teammate performance, communication, and collaboration while assisting leadership with day-to-day operational management and strategic priorities.
