States Manufacturing LLC in Minnesota seeks a Director of FP&A to lead the financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting and performance management across our multi-plant manufacturing network. You will partner with the CFO, plant leaders, Operations, Sales and Supply Chain to provide timely, actionable insights that support business decisions and improve financial performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, or other advanced qualification preferred.
• 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&A experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple plants, business units, or geographic locations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing financial drivers and cost accounting.
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow drivers.
• Experience presenting financial results and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience with ERP, FP&A, BI, and reporting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual operating plan, budget, and long-range planning processes across plants and business units.
• Develop and maintain rolling forecasts for revenue, gross margin, OPEX, EBITDA, working capital, and cash flow.
• Establish standard planning processes, assumptions, timelines, and standards across plants.
• Partner with plant and business leaders to develop driver-based financial plans.
• Analyze changes in business conditions and update forecasts accordingly.
• Develop scenario analyses to evaluate opportunities and risks.
• Improve forecast accuracy through enhanced modeling and analytics.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field

MBA

CPA or other advanced qualification
