Charter Steel is seeking a strategic finance leader to partner with senior leadership, drive long-range financial planning, and provide actionable insights to improve business performance. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close while developing the finance team and collaborating with Commercial and Supply Chain to strengthen profitability insights.

The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, manufacturing experience, and ERP proficiency, with a focus on driving

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Eight+ years in accounting/finance.
• Three+ years as a business partner to commercial or operations leaders.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• ERP experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to Charter Steel leadership, informing decisions with financial insight.
• Lead annual business planning, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Communicate financial performance and key drivers to senior leadership; support executive and board reporting.
• Partner with Commercial and Supply Chain to improve profitability insights and S&OP support.
• Oversee monthly close, balance sheet review, and internal controls; ensure governance.
