Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a qualified accountant to join our finance team in Texas.

You will develop, interpret, and implement accounting concepts, perform month-end closes, prepare gross margin reports, and support budgeting for the galvanizing division. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 3–5 years of manufacturing accounting experience, with strong cost accounting, budgeting, and financial modeling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 3–5 years progressively responsible accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Experience with budgets, general ledger, financial analysis, cost accounting, financial modeling, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, interpret, and implement accounting concepts and analysis.
• Perform month-end close procedures and generate monthly financial reports.
• Prepare gross margin reports and analyze project profitability by product lines.
• Assist in monthly P&L forecasting and annual budgets for galvanizing division.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and compare actuals to forecasts and budgets.
• Support external audits with documentation and inquiries.
