Job summary

Sabre Industries is seeking a Finance Manager in Fort Worth, TX, to lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the segment. You will partner with operations, production, supply chain, and leadership to monitor budgets, forecast performance, and improve financial controls.

The role requires 5+ years in finance with cost accounting or manufacturing experience, and a degree in finance/accounting. CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent preferred; manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, standard costing, and variances.
• Collaborate with operations to monitor performance and drive profitability.
• Develop financial models, KPIs, and strategic analyses.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close activities and controls.
