Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental seeks a Senior Manager of FP&A to own strategic finance workstreams, develop live pricing and margin analyses, and drive capital-allocation decisions. You will work with SQL, Python, and Power BI to manage complex data and produce insightful board-ready reporting.

The role reports to the VP of FP&A, collaborates with the M&A team and CRO, and will manage one analyst. The position starts onsite with a hybrid later, and requires US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development, or investment banking experience, preferably multi-unit or acquisitive
• Track record owning complex, project-based analyses from scoping through delivery
• Experience building pro forma, integration, or transaction models for acquisitions
• Ownership of sponsor, board, or senior-executive reporting with variance and scenario analysis
• Advanced financial modeling in Excel with deal and investment-case models, driver-based forecasts, EBITDA bridges, and scenario analysis

Responsibilities

• Take over performance-versus-deal-model tracking at close from the M&A team, including synergy realization and integration variance reporting to the CFO and sponsor
• Build pro forma and integration reporting that folds acquired-company results into platform reporting
• Support acquisition diligence and integration planning from the finance side as deal pace requires
• Build and maintain price-volume-mix and pricing-realization analytics; quantify rate leakage and margin opportunity across customers, service lines, and regions
• Track approved pricing actions to realized margin against a documented baseline
• Partner with the CRO and commercial leadership on customer profitability and revenue-quality analysis, including cross-sell and wallet-share opportunities
• Build investment cases for new markets, capacity, and capital projects, and track results against the case after approval
• Support the long-range plan and five-year sub-targets by region, vertical, and growth lever
• Maintain the sponsor value-creation view and supporting analysis so it stays current
• Deliver scenario and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decisions on pricing, capacity, M&A, and capital allocation
• Own custom, finance-specific reporting and dashboards for CFO, VP FP&A, or sponsor reporting
• Work with SQL/Python and Power BI to extract, validate, analyze data for deal, pricing, and investment work
• Build repeatable reporting processes and validate outputs against the source of truth
• Partner with IT data org on definitions, data quality, and requirements
• Serve as finance partner to the CTrO’s M&A team and operating leaders
• Work within a division of responsibility with VP priorities and budget approvals
• Provide day-to-day direction for one analyst
