Job summary

CFS in the United States is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst focused on M&A and FP&A to join a high-impact, hybrid team. You will build integrated financial models, perform acquisition valuations, and support strategic growth with rigorous analysis.

The role offers exposure to M&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, with autonomy on acquisition modeling and a compensation package up to $130K base plus bonus, and hybrid work with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on M&A experience including acquisition modeling and valuation.
• Strong financial modeling with integrated three-statement models.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel with PivotTables, lookups, and large datasets.
• Experience working in a multi-entity environment with ERP systems.
• Independent, detail-oriented work style with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated three-statement financial models to evaluate acquisitions.
• Perform acquisition valuations and purchase price analysis using EBITDA and cash flow projections.
• Support M&A initiatives through scenario modeling and investment evaluation.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Analyze financial performance and partner with leadership on strategic decisions.
