Qualifications
- :3-4 years of financial experience across banking/VC or operating finance in tech/healthcare startup

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain operating financial models forecasting historical performance and future results
- Automate manual processes to improve infrastructure
- Be SME on complex revenue and cost structures
- Drive operational strategy for executive stakeholders with concise financial insights
- Partner with departments to inform decisions on operating spend and resource allocation
- Support Board materials, investor reporting, and fundraising activities
