Maven Clinic is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to own the systems, data, and reporting infrastructure for its B2B Growth Marketing team. You’ll lead analytics, marketing operations, and web optimization while partnering with Sales, RevOps, and Finance to ensure accurate reporting and scalable processes.

The role emphasizes building AI-powered workflows, managing multi-million dollar budgets, and collaborating across a fast-moving org.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in B2B marketing operations, analytics, or revenue operations.
• Hands-on ownership of a marketing automation platform (HubSpot or similar) and Salesforce integration.
• Experience building and defending pipeline or marketing attribution models.
• Track record owning multi-million dollar marketing budgets, including forecasting and reconciliation.
• Experience owning a B2B marketing website and CRO program with A/B testing and accessibility.
• Experience managing and developing a high-performance team.
• Strong, direct communicator, comfortable presenting data to exec leadership.
• Experience rolling out AI tools within a marketing team and data governance awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Own marketing technology, data & attribution processes and tooling.
• Define KPI ownership and prepare executive pipeline/readouts for leadership.
• Oversee budget planning, forecasting, reconciliation, and vendor management.
• Lead marketing website and CRO initiatives, including accessibility standards.
• Build and guide a high-performing analytics/ops team and cross-functional partners.
