You will build models, forecast results, and partner with operations, growth, clinical, and executive teams to drive analytics-driven decisions. The role requires 3–4 years of financial experience, advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, Netsuite reporting, and experience in tech or healthcare startups.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years of financial experience.
• 1–2 years of banking or venture‑capital/growth investment experience.
• 1–2 years of operating finance experience at a tech or healthcare startup.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets; proficient in Netsuite reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain operating financial models to analyze historical performance and forecast future results.
• Automate and improve infrastructure by reducing manual processes.
• Be a subject matter expert on complex revenue and cost structures.
• Drive operational strategy for executives by presenting clear financial insights.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate information for spending and resource allocation decisions.
• Support Board materials, investor reporting, and fundraising activities.
