Maven Clinic is seeking a finance-focused professional to drive company strategy through analytics and data-driven insights. You will build scalable financial models, forecast performance, and partner with operations, growth, and clinical teams to shape strategic decisions.

You’ll own complex revenue/cost structures, automate processes, and support investor reporting and fundraising. This is a hybrid US-based role with equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• 3-4 years of financial experience.
• 1-2 years in banking or venture-capital/growth investment AND 1-2 years of operating finance at a tech or healthcare startup.
• Advanced Excel and GSheets skills & proficient in Netsuite reporting.
• Detailed understanding of three-statement financials including non-P&L drivers of changes in cash flows.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain operating financial models forecasting future results.
• Automate manual processes and improve existing infrastructure.
• Be a subject matter expert on revenue and cost structures.
• Provide executive-level insights by synthesizing financial analysis for stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally to inform operating spend and resource allocation decisions.
• Support Board materials, investor reporting, and fundraising activities.
