Job summary

Avantor is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Annual Operating Plan and quarterly forecasts, collaborating with the Finance Director. You will analyze monthly results, prepare ad-hoc reports, and present insights to senior leadership, driving process improvements and policy updates to support growth and efficiency.

The role requires a strong background in accounting/finance, global matrix organizations, and proficiency with SAP and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in accounting and finance with global/matrix organization exposure.
• Proficient in MS Office, BI tools, and SAP or similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly Forecasts.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results and ad-hoc reports.
• Create financial presentation materials for Senior Leadership and Business Partners.
• Resolve financial questions with the Director of Finance or Leadership.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
