Job summary

APi Elevator seeks an Accounting & Finance Manager to lead all accounting and finance activities for one operating company. This role owns Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes and partners with leadership to ensure accurate reporting and strategic forecasting.

The ideal candidate will drive monthly close, financial statement preparation, and annual plans, while guiding two offshore staff and collaborating with the senior leadership team and APi Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or MBA preferred for advanced certification.
• 5-7+ years of progressive accounting and financial analysis experience.
• Strong business partnering with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Advanced Excel skills and complex financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities and month-end close processes for cash, AR, AP, fixed assets, prepaids, and revenue recognition.
• Oversee journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee cash receipt and invoice matching systems, driving automation and process improvements.
• Lead SOX compliance and internal control development aligned with public company standards.
