Job summary

APi Elevator, a growing independent elevator service provider, is seeking an Accounting & Finance Manager to lead all accounting and finance activities for the operating company. You will oversee PTP, OTC, RTR processes, manage month-end close, and ensure controls align with public company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5-7+ years of progressive accounting and financial analysis experience.
• Strong business partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for complex financial information.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems; Salesforce/Certinia familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities and month-end close.
• Oversee cash receipt and vendor/payable processes with accuracy.
• Lead SOX compliance and internal control development.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, forecasts, and annual plans.
• Partner with Sales & Operations on pricing and profitability analyses.
• Provide strategic insights to leadership on revenue and cost controls.
