Job summary

APi Elevator seeks an Accounting & Finance Manager to lead all accounting and finance activities for a growing operating company. You will own the close, PTP/OTC/RTR processes, and monthly forecasting, while partnering with senior leadership on strategy and profitability.

The role reports to the CFO and oversees offshore resources; the ideal candidate has strong accounting controls, forecasting, and business partnering experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
• 5-7+ years of progressive accounting and financial analysis experience
• Strong business partnering skills, with ability to collaborate with senior leadership
• Analytical, organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build complex financial models
• Experience with ERP systems; Salesforce/Certinia experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead general ledger activities and month-end close across the operating company
• Own PTP, OTC, and RTR processes with controls and automation improvements
• Prepare monthly financial statements, forecasts, and annual plan for leadership
• Provide FP&A support including profitability analysis and pricing insights
• Partner with senior leadership to drive performance and cost controls
• Ensure SOX compliance and internal control development
