Job summary

Talentify in Atlanta, GA seeks a Finance Manager to partner with COS and Brand leadership, driving financial performance for GoTo Foods. You will forecast, plan, and analyze performance, develop financial models, and prepare insights to guide decisions.

You will coordinate monthly close, forecasts, and budgeting while mentoring a Senior Financial Analyst to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive finance, accounting or FP&A experience.
• Advanced forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis skills.
• Retail, franchisee, restaurant or food/beverage industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of monthly close, forecast updates and budgeting processes.
• Develop financial models and analyze performance to provide actionable insights.
• Support decision-making with clear charts and reports for leadership.
• Manage and develop a Senior Financial Analyst to ensure timely deliverables.
• Partner with COS and Brand leadership to drive financial performance.
