Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Strategic Finance team. You will own significant portions of our three-statement model and cash forecast, translating contracted revenue, capacity deployment, and capex plans into a clear outlook for leadership and the Board.

You will drive planning ahead of earnings cycles, define key metrics and unit economics, and prepare executive materials and earnings discussions with the CFO.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in finance, FP&A at large tech company or startup
• Deep modeling: three-statement models, cash forecasting, scenario analysis
• Sound judgment to produce clear recommendations
• Clear writing and presenting for senior audiences, including Board
• Comfort with ambiguity and pace; build structure where none exists
• Working knowledge of accounting affecting forecast (rev recognition, leases, capex)

Responsibilities

• The forecast: own parts of three-statement model and cash forecast; translate revenue, capacity, capex into leadership-ready outlook
• Planning: drive planning ahead of public earnings cycles; explain changes and rationale
• KPIs and unit economics: define and track metrics from contracts to margins; report to leadership
• Executive and Board materials: build monthly, quarterly, and annual materials for execs and Board
• Earnings and capital markets: support earnings prep, guidance, and investor discussions with CFO
• Cross-functional partnership: coordinate with Accounting, Business Finance, Treasury and operations to align numbers
