A rapidly growing pet wellness company in Miami is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and support strategic finance initiatives. This on-site role requires a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage inventory accounting effectively. Formación

• 5–8 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably in CPG, DTC, or eCommerce.
• Strong proficiency with accounting software.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and tax compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Own daily accounting operations: AR, AP, reconciliations, month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Collaborate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors.
