Job summary

Wellness Pet Company, based in Burlington, MA, seeks a Director of Commercial Finance & Revenue Growth Management to partner with the commercial organization and drive data-driven growth across brands, channels, and customers.

You will lead financial planning, business performance, pricing governance, portfolio optimization, and investments, working across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver actionable insights and strong profitability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Revenue Growth Management within CPG.
Experience forecasting, financial planning and commercial business partnering.
Strong pricing strategy, portfolio management and profitability knowledge.
Advanced Excel and BI tools experience; ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead the company's financial planning, AOP, long-range planning and forecasts.
Drive pricing strategy, portfolio optimization and commercial investments.
Develop governance and capabilities for data-driven commercial decision making.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Accounting to improve forecast accuracy.
