Rockwell Automation, a global technology leader, seeks a Finance Manager for Low Voltage Drives to shape decisions and guide profitable growth. You will lead FP&A processes, interpret performance for stakeholders, and support investment decisions with insights across the organization.

You will partner with Drives leadership, influence strategy with financial storytelling, and drive standardization across global finance while coaching teams on tools and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant professional experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required for US-based work and visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 8+ years of Finance/Accounting experience with emphasis in FP&A or General Accounting.
• MBA preferred.
• Pro-active mindset identifying solutions and driving financial discussions.
• Ability to work collaboratively across the global finance organization to complete projects and drive efficiencies.
• Adept at leveraging Rockwell Automation systems and desktop apps to drill down into issues.
• Experience presenting results and translating financial concepts to management.
• Experience with SAP, Hyperion, PowerBI or similar technologies.
• Project leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Drives Leadership and leaders to refine business strategy.
• Influence strategy by presenting financials and market impacts on performance.
• Provide visibility into project profitability and sensitivity analyses.
• Solve business problems by removing obstacles and offering practical solutions.
• Analyze topline, margins and spend to improve the bottom line.
• Lead financial forecast, annual planning, and reporting for the business.
• Explain results to non-finance audiences and elevate financial literacy.
• Coach partners in standard reporting and data drills for portfolio visibility.
• Manage spending to target levels with PMO and functional leaders.
• Deliver clear reporting, processes, and tools with the finance organization.
• Ensure accuracy of financial results and internal controls.
