Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems is hiring a Finance Manager to build and run the financial governance program that supports our deal desk. You’ll design processes, policies, and tooling to keep pricing, approvals, and contract review fast and controlled.

You’ll partner with Sales and RevOps on deal questions, identify discounting trends, and shape the program as the business scales. 8+ years in related roles is expected.

Qualifications

• Comfort reading contracts and identifying terms that matter financially.
• SQL proficiency (BigQuery or similar) for deal analysis.
• Experience working with sales teams in a tech or enterprise setting.
• Strong judgment on fast deals vs. careful review.
• Fluent use of Salesforce or comparable CRM/CPQ tools.
• 8+ years in deal desk, revenue ops, or similar analytical roles.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the financial governance program for the deal desk.
• Design processes, policies, and tooling for pricing, approvals, and contract review.
• Be the strategic finance partner to Sales and RevOps on deal questions.
• Spot trends in discounting and deal terms and shape the framework.
• Develop reporting on discounting, deal cycle time, and policy exceptions.
• Support GTM and Finance leadership with ad hoc analyses.
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Product Finance to keep the deal process moving.
