Job summary

Crusoe is hiring a Finance Manager to design and run our financial governance program that supports the deal desk as the compute business scales. You’ll shape pricing frameworks, approvals, and contract review to keep speed and control aligned across the organization.

You’ll partner with Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Product Finance to drive term discussions, discounting trends, and policy exceptions while enabling rapid decision-making and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in deal desk, revenue operations, sales finance, or similar analytical roles.
• Proven success building programs for scalable commercial workflows.
• Experience partnering with sales teams in enterprise tech.
• Comfort reading contracts and identifying terms that matter financially.
• Fluent in Salesforce (or comparable CRM/CPQ).
• SQL proficiency (BigQuery or similar).
• Judgment to balance speed and escalation on deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop governance processes for deal quoting and approvals.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps on pricing options and tradeoff framework.
• Review deals against policy and route for sign-off.
• Interpret contract language to flag risk and involve Legal if needed.
• Build reporting on discounting trends and deal cycle time.
• Conduct ad hoc GTM/Finance analytics.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Legal, Product Finance to keep deals moving.
