Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
- CPA or CMA preferred.
- 7 years of progressive finance experience.
- 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience; strategic planning at management level.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial leadership for a business segment, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Partner with management to analyze business performance and cost drivers.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities with accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop strategies to support growth and negotiate partnerships.
- Prepare schedules and analyses for external audits and tax packages.
- Mentor and motivate staff; foster a collaborative environment.
