Compana Pet Brands in St. Louis, MO (hybrid: in office Tue-Thu) seeks a Senior Director, Supply Chain Finance to partner with the CFO and CSCO and drive EBITDA and cash flow across global supply chain activities.

The role leads cost accounting, inventory, logistics, network strategy, capital investments, and performance reporting for internal plants and co-manufacturers, building strong partnerships while preserving independent financial judgment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or related field; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in consumer products or high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory, and capital-allocations experience.
• Experience with ERP, planning, and BI environments; SAP preferred.

Aufgaben

• Partner with CFO, CSCO, and supply chain leaders to translate priorities into measurable financial results.
• Lead financial performance for internal plants and co-manufacturers, including costs and capacity.
• Strengthen cost accounting and SAP governance with profitability views by SKU, brand, and channel.
• Provide financial leadership for logistics and network strategy with cost-saving initiatives.
• Build visibility into international landed costs and transfer pricing.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reviews aligning metrics to EBITDA and cash flow.
• Evaluate capital investments and network decisions using NPV and IRR.
• Develop a multi-location finance team and align Supply Chain Finance with FP&A.
• Translate performance into concise reporting for execs, Board, and lenders.
