Compana Pet Brands is seeking a Senior Director, Supply Chain Finance to lead the finance partnership for global supply chain. Reporting to CFO with dotted-line to CSCO, you’ll drive EBITDA and cash flow through cost accounting, inventory, logistics, and capital investments.

You will build a high-performing, multi-location finance team, translate supply chain performance into concise leadership reporting, and influence network strategy with data-driven insights. This role is hybrid in St.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive finance experience in consumer products or CPG.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• Strong leadership across multi-site manufacturing and supply chain networks.
• Experience with ERP, SAP preferred; strong financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO, CSCO, and Supply Chain leaders to translate priorities into measurable financial results.
• Lead financial performance management across internal plants and co-manufacturers.
• Strengthen cost accounting and SAP governance with profitability views by SKU, brand, and channel.
• Provide financial leadership for logistics and the 24-month network strategy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews; connect metrics to EBITDA and cash flow.
• Evaluate capital investments and network decisions using NPV/IRR and payback.
• Develop and coach a multi-location finance team with clear roles.
• Translate Supply Chain performance into concise reporting for exec leadership and lenders.
