Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead finance for a large, multi-site portfolio, coordinating forecasting, budgeting, and KPI performance with site leadership. The role requires partnership with plant and site leadership in a fast-paced environment with executive exposure.

The position is based in North Atlanta with hybrid work (two days onsite). A Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance is required, with 10–15+ years of experience; MBA/CPA a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 10–15+ years of progressive finance experience at Senior Manager or Director level.
• Experience supporting a large multi-site operation (manufacturing plants, distribution centers, or similar high-volume environments).
• Strong contract management and operational compliance experience.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience (SAP or similar).
• Ability to partner with site leadership and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance for a large multi-site portfolio, partnering with site leadership.
• Oversee monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and full P&L across sites.
• Manage contract compliance, pricing structures, and margin performance.
• Conduct labor and cost analyses to drive productivity improvements.
• Drive cost savings and operational efficiencies with site leaders.
• Present monthly financial reviews to senior leadership with variance explanations.
• Ensure strong financial controls across a decentralized footprint.
• Develop and mentor site-level finance resources.
• Act as liaison between finance, accounting, operations, and commercial teams.
