Hoxton Circle is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager in Atlanta to own the financial story for a high-visibility segment. This hybrid role requires partnering with Operations and Marketing, translating unit-level performance into actionable insights for senior leadership.

You’ll build KPI narratives, forecast with FP&A, and help standardize processes across multiple brands. Bring 4–6+ years of progressive finance experience and Excel fluency to drive faster, sharper decisions.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally with real exposure to a multi-unit or multi-location operating environment.
• Track record of owning or supporting a P&L at the unit or regional level.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical chops — Excel fluency is a must.
• Strong ability to translate complex financial concepts into plain language for non-finance operators.
• Have a bias toward action: someone who can take a vague signal and run with it.
• High intellectual horsepower and hustle matter more here than a specific pedigree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the embedded finance partner to Operations and Marketing leadership across a multi-unit portfolio.
• Build deep fluency in the underlying P&Ls - revenue drivers, margin, labor, and cost dynamics.
• Own the KPI narrative: track performance, diagnose root causes, and flag risks and opportunities before they become problems.
• Partner closely with FP&A on forecasting and budgeting, feeding the intelligence that shapes the numbers.
• Help administer incentive and bonus programs across the portfolio.
• Help standardization and process improvement across a fast-moving, multi-brand operating environment.
• Build reporting and dashboards that senior leadership and the board actually rely on.

3 days a week in office

One of my favorite clients, a well-capitalized, PE-backed multi-location services platform is looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to take ownership of the financial story behind a significant, high-visibility segment of the business. This isn't a back-office reporting role. It's a seat at the table where finance meets operations, with direct line of sight to senior leadership and real influence over how a business unit performs.

You'll be the financial translator between the field and the executive suite: someone who can get into the weeds of unit-level P&Ls, spot what's really driving performance (or holding it back), and turn that into insight that shapes decisions at the top. Leadership is investing real resources into this function right now - this role exists because they want sharper visibility and faster answers than they've had before
