Job summary

TMEIC in Roanoke, VA, seeks a senior finance leader to develop and run a multi-entity, multi-currency BU finance function, providing accurate, timely financial information to meet business commitments.

You will design forecasting processes, build and lead a team, develop complex financial models, and deliver strategic insights to executive management. A Bachelor's in accounting/finance and 5+ years in finance are required; CPA is preferred, with travel occasionally.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, related field, or equivalent via education and/or work experience.
5 years’ experience in a finance related function.
Demonstrated ability to analyze multi-currency, multi-entity transactions and impact on GL.
Advanced MS Excel modeling with Pivot tables, graphs, and VBA.
Experience with ERP financial modules and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, manage, and measure forecasting processes for the BU.
Build and lead a team to deliver strategic finance services aligned with objectives.
Build complex financial models and communicate results to BU and exec management.
Develop KPI dashboards to analyze strategic performance.
Identify financial process improvements with BU leadership and act on them.
Prepare financial aspects of Mid-Range Plans and monthly forecasts.
Advise BU commercial team on risks/opportunities and bid calculations.
Improve cash flow management and oversee project execution finance.
