Job summary

AttachCo seeks a Director of Finance to lead financial operations across multi-entity manufacturing and distribution. You will oversee the close process, enhance internal controls, and partner with operations to drive profitability and scalable processes.

You will mentor the finance team, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide strategic financial insights to the CFO and leadership group. Strong ERP and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting accounting or finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Advanced ERP and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, fixed assets, cash management, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Support financial consolidations across multiple business units.
• Maintain and improve strong internal controls and compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Support annual audits and serve as a liaison with external auditors.
• Provide financial visibility and analysis to improve business performance.
• Translate financial data into meaningful insights to support strategic decisions.
• Support capital investment analysis, operational initiatives, and profitability improvements.
