Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required or equivalent.
• MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred for leadership role.
• 8+ years of finance or accounting leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mill finance operations, controls, and reporting.
• Lead financial planning and analysis and budgeting process.
• Partner with Mill leadership to improve profitability and capital project reviews.
• Ensure SOX compliance and interaction with auditors.
• Develop and maintain mill-level financial reporting tied to operational metrics.
• Drive cost analysis, product costing, and profitability reporting.
