Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• 8+ years in finance or accounting with leadership experience.
• Manufacturing/Process industry experience preferred.
• Strong technical and financial expertise with independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mill finance operations including control systems and accounting.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analytics.
• Develop mill-level reporting linked to operational metrics to drive improvements.
• Partner with mill leadership to prioritize opportunities and drive EBITDA growth.
• Ensure SOX compliance and work with internal/external auditors.
