Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis roles.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and accounting experience.
• Ability to influence business decisions through financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills for non-finance audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly financial reporting for assigned facilities.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with plant and commercial leaders to evaluate revenue, margins, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Support workforce planning, productivity initiatives, and resource allocation decisions.
• Develop financial models to support long-term strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
