BD is seeking a Senior Director of Finance for Global Pharmacy Automation in Durham, NC. You will partner with the BU President, shape multi-year and annual financial plans, and drive financial performance across a $0.6B business.

This role requires senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in GAAP and financial modelling. You will guide strategic initiatives, support M&A activity, develop key metrics, and deliver timely insights to influence decisions and improve outcomes

Qualificações

Undergraduate degree in Business or Accounting; MBA or CPA certification preferred.
15+ years of accounting/financial analysis in a multinational setting; healthcare exposure a plus.
Proficiency with SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and BPC.

Responsabilidades

Advise BU President and leadership on finance and strategy.
Lead 3-year strategic plan, annual budget, and quarterly forecasts with models.
Shape Global Pharmacy Automation strategies and align with objectives.
Provide financial insights to drive better business decisions and outcomes.
Support acquisitions, divestitures, licenses and product development financially.
Collaborate with the President to publish KPIs and regular performance reports.
Present and interpret financial data to Pharmacy Automation LT.
Participate in S&OP to align demand, supply and projections.
Lead Finance/Accounting teams and drive process improvements.
