Job summary

BD in Durham, NC seeks a highly analytical, business-savvy leader to support the President of the Pharmacy Automation business in driving strategy, operations, and execution of key priorities. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, synthesize data into insights, and prepare strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in strategy, business development, marketing, product management, operations, finance, consulting, or related fields (5+ years with an advanced degree).
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
• Strong program and project management experience managing complex initiatives and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous analyses across strategy, operations, commercial excellence, product management, and business development to support decision-making and performance.
• Lead and coordinate high-priority strategic initiatives across functions, businesses, and regions.
• Drive the operating rhythm of the President's leadership team, including agenda development, action tracking, and meeting facilitation.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop annual and quarterly objectives, monitor progress, and provide visibility into performance.
• Lead the development of executive and employee communications, including quarterly updates and leadership presentations.
• Support global and regional reviews by providing strategic insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate development of quarterly reviews, annual strategic plans, and other planning activities through cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify opportunities, risks, and trends, providing recommendations for long-term success.
• Travel up to 30%.
