Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Phoenix team. You will deliver financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support the Aerospace cost management function within FP&A, partnering with stakeholders to drive performance.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting/financial analysis, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin, and proficiency with SAP, Essbase, Hyperion, and Tableau. Strong communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting/financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Advanced degree and/or CPA/CMA is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly/quarterly/annual analysis and forecasting.
• Support month-end close and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with Aero finance and business partners to develop plans.
• Deliver financial reporting to senior management.
